Materials: Large ball of yarn, a timer
Subject attempted to unravel and unknot a large ball of yarn containing multiple different colors of yarn. This performance was made to honor the unperfect, lengthy yet rewarding process of healing.
Created in collaboration with Fem Foundry’s UNBOXED event. All proceeds raised from the event were donated to The Joyful Heart Foundation and their mission to transform society’s response to sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse, support survivors’ healing, and end this violence forever.
